The Decal Tool is a tool that when used can apply a picture to the following items,
- Conscientious Objector
- Flair!
- Photo Badge
- Clan Pride
When applied, the picture will show on the weapon, normally the TF2 Logo will be present if no picture is applied to any of the above weapons. If any of the above items are bought from the Mann. Co store, a free Decal Tool will also come with the purchase.
