The Dalokohs Bar, pronounced ʻDah-lock-ussʻ, is a community-made secondary weapon for the Heavy. It is a large, partially unwrapped, segmented chocolate bar with the Team Fortress logo imprinted on each piece. The white-and-team-colored wrapper proclaims "Dalokohs, it's delicious!" This is a level 5 lunchbox item. There is a reskin of the Fishcake.
Eating this bar gives the heavy 50 extra maximum health for 30 seconds. The heavy doesn't get an increase to their maximum overheal health, however. This bar has no cooldown or recharge, so the heavy can use it indefinitely to heal himself and buff himself as fast as needed. Eating the bar regenerates 100 health for the heavy. Unlike the Sandvich, the Dalokohs Bar cannot be thrown, likely due to it's instant recharge feature. It takes 4.2 seconds to consume this. The Dalokohs bar is often overshadowed by the Sandvich, as it restores less health and cannot be thrown. But, if there are no medics and you have to fight in a push/defend a push force than eating this before going into battle will help a lot.
